Personal Training is fitness and exercise in all shapes and forms being carried out under the supervision of a qualified trainer who will take you through personalised programs and is there through the whole process to help you achieve your desired goal.

 

Pilates/yoga

Pilates and Yoga are both extremely beneficial for helping with flexibility, balance and strength. Pilates focus on the core area known as the power house and work in line with our breathing to strengthen and lengthen. Yoga works with our bodies flow, allowing the mind to relax and gain mental strength through different poses and breathing.    

Massage
 

Massage is an ancient remedy that many people have used for years to help relieve pain, prevent injury, rehabilitation after surgery, pre and postnatal pregnancy and much more. The benefits of regular massage are endless, working with the muscles, ligaments, tendons and soft tissue of the body.

Kickboxing

Kick Boxing is an ancient form of martial arts deriving from Muay Thai and Karate which are known as stand up combat sports. These are used in many different ways from strength and technique to balance and mobility to self defence.

Nutrition is a huge part of our every day living. It plays a big roll in preventing diseases and promoting our health, wellness and longevity. There are 6 categories that we must obtain from our food: Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, Vitamins, Minerals, Fibre and Water. These are the building blocks that will give us a solid foundation for optimal health.
