Swedish Massage is a good place to start if you are new to massage or if you would prefer a more relaxing massage. Swedish massage is usually a full body massage increasing blood flow to the muscles allowing the body to completely relax and rejuvenate and giving your mind a sense of calm.

Remedial

Remedial massage is more specific, focusing in on certain areas of concern, working on the treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. We also use trigger points therapy where needed to release toxins and build up of tension. 

Our fully qualified massage therapist will tailor a massage to suit your needs and requirements, whether it be helping with injury and repair, or movement and flexibility in the muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Sports

Sports massage is for those who are regularly participating in some form of sport or exercise and need the help to heal the muscles ligaments and tendons quicker. Also for those who my be on the road to recovery from a sporting or exercise injury. Our highly trained sports massage therapist will help you get the blood flowing and muscles, ligaments and tendons moving so you can compete or train at your optimal level, or achieve maximum recovery after an event or exercise. 

Pregnancy

60 MINUTES $100 • 90 MINUTES $130

Pregnancy massage is for those lovely mums-to-be out there that are feeling the tension and pull on the body from all the changes that are happening throughout the pregnancy. From the second and third trimesters our fully qualified pregnancy massage therapist can help you ease any pain and tension and prevent any pregnancy conditions such as, hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus or Deep Vein Thrombosis. Pregnancy massage helps to regulate the flow of blood which not only help you as a mother, but your unborn baby too.
