World Cancer Day 4th February πŸ’œπŸ’—β€οΈπŸ§‘πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™

So what is Cancer?

It is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in any part of the body thus destroying the body tissue. This can lead to very serious complications if gone undiagnosed and untreated as there are different types and stages of growths.

Many of us in life are affected by this on a personal level. Whether it’s you yourself, a family member or a close friend, and we all take it and cope with it in a different way.

We all want to live a long healthy life and be making the most of every moment. So take the time to have a chat to your doctor if you notice any changes in your body anywhere or changes in the patterns of your bodies functions. Always try to eat a healthy balanced diet, get regular exercise in each day and try to reduce your stress levels. This will all help in aiding the bodies cells to replenish fully and absorb all our needed nutrients, vitamins and minerals so our cells are functioning at their optimal level. Thoughts go out to those and their familiesΒ  who are going through such difficult times.
